Insights-X gathered the stationery sector’s top decision-makers in Nuremberg

From October 11 to 14, the trade fair for Stationery, Office, Bags and more at the Nuremberg Exhibition Center scored with the return of the big brands and companies.

The brands are back in town – this year’s Insights-X motto has been hit: From October 11 to 14, the trade fair for Stationery, Office, Bags and more at the Nuremberg Exhibition Center scored with the return of the big brands and companies. A total of 191 national and international key players as well as start-ups from 27 countries presented a diverse range of products to the trade. 3,519 top visitors and buyers from 71 countries appreciated the innovative power and the direct exchange on site. The pleasant atmosphere continued seamlessly in the evening networking events, where the industry celebrated exuberantly.

Broad retail landscape

“Insights-X has clearly picked up speed again after the pandemic years. The increase in trade visitors alone is 39 per cent compared to the previous year,” said Christian Ulrich, Spokesman of the Executive Board of Spielwarenmesse eG. The top visitor groups at Germany’s only independent trade fair for the paper, office supplies and stationery (stationery) sector included well-known wholesalers and retailers, drugstores and supermarkets as well as purchasing associations from all over Europe.

Successful comeback

Faber-Castell, duo schreib & spiel, the Iden Group and Stabilo also scored successes at Insights-X with their return to the trade fair autumn. The uniform tenor at the trade show among the renowned brands and companies: All important trade partners and decision-makers from all over Europe were represented and took time for appointments that inspire both sides.

Open to new ideas

Creative product ideas were provided by the joint stands and newcomers. New Pen from Serbia was among the young companies at Insights-X last year. “Due to the overwhelming success” they returned with their own booth. The good frequency can be attributed to a higher volume of international buyers at this year’s PBS-Expo.

There was also plenty of time for networking at the two events after the show closed. In addition to the established AfterHour on the first evening, the new OrangeNight on Friday was particularly popular. In each case, 500 participants took advantage of these special networking opportunities and highlighted the togetherness of the industry. Those who missed the unique live event in the PBS sector will find an opportunity to visit the next Insights-X in Nuremberg from October 16-19, 2024.
